These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bev Deck, a product of Hammond Labs LLC ("Hammond Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
1. The Service
Bev Deck is a cloud-based beverage business management platform that provides tools for production scheduling, inventory management, sales and distribution management, compliance reporting, and related operations. The Service is provided as a subscription ("SaaS") and is accessed via web browser. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time with reasonable notice.
2. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share login credentials or allow unauthorized users to access your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@bevdeck.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
The Service supports multi-user access with role-based permissions. You are responsible for configuring appropriate access levels for members of your organization.
3. Subscription and Payment
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription after any applicable free trial period. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in a written agreement.
We may change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
If a payment fails, we will notify you and provide a grace period to update your payment method. Access to the Service may be suspended if payment remains outstanding after the grace period.

5. Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including QuickBooks (Intuit), Square, and Slack. By enabling an integration you authorize the Service to access and exchange data with that platform on your behalf. Your use of third-party platforms is subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
